SERVPRO of Hillsboro / Forest Grove Employee Photos

Meet Our SERVPRO Family

We are a group of restoration professionals that care about our customers and every member of our family. We are grateful to serve the Portland Metro Communities and the Oregon Coast. Thank You!

Alan Ahlberg

Al Ahlberg is The Owner of our organization. Prior to purchasing the Hillsboro/Forest Grove, Yamhill and Tillamook Counties Franchises in 2001, Al was a Captain in US Navy.  He even spent a few years as a rodeo clown.

When they day get shorter here in Oregon Al travels to his home away from home for some much needed sunshine!

With 18 years of SERVPRO experience, Al has worked in numerous positions with the SERVPRO Franchise. If there is a question to be asked, Al will have the answer.

Anthony Noble

Anthony has been with SERVPRO for 10 years and has a total of 15 years in restoration experience.

He has previously been awarded the project manager of the year through our SERVPRO directorship

He is a family man who loves his families sporting events so much, that he is a part of his daughter’s dance team.

Anthony truly enjoys giving back to the community whether that is with his time, cookouts, or volunteering through his community.

Erin Carlson

Erin has been with SERVPRO going on 4 years and counting. With years of knowledge of the construction industry, she came with little knowledge of the restoration industry but that hasn’t stopped her growth within our organization.

A few of Erin’s favorite things include exploring the Northwest, finding new restaurants to experience and spending time with her husband working on their home.

Erin is an asset to our organization with her desire to expand her knowledge of the industry, help customers experience the best possible services during a stressful time and her quick problem-solving skills.

Tylor McVey

Tylor has grown through the ranks in the industry.  Just a few years ago he was employed as a technician and then was promoted to Crew Chief and now is a Project Manager.  Tylor is a great advocate for the customers he works with.

Andrew Aust

Andrew started at SERVPRO as one our technicians, he quickly moved up to crew chief, and within the last year he has become one our supervisors. Andrew has been with SERVPRO for a total of three years!

He is very work oriented and loves to work hard in restoring homes as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Andrew is full of ingenuity, whenever we have an issue around the shop, he is the go-to “fix it man”.

You will never see Andrew with a frown!

Douglas Nasco

Doug started with SERVPRO 2 years ago. He started as a technician and quickly showed his strengths to become a crew chief.

Doug is very much an outdoorsman. 80 degrees? 20 degrees? It does not matter to him. He just wants to be outside whether that is working on cars, hunting, or off-roading. Douglas is very family oriented. His family comes above all else. In addition to his love for family and the outdoors, Doug is an avid welder. He genuinely enjoys working with metals to create new and abstract projects.

Doug is a great resource for our team due to his determination, perseverance, and attention to detail.

John Lawrence

John joined the SERVPRO team in the late summer of 2014. Prior to that he was the sales rep for an independent restoration company in Idaho. John had moved up the ranks form a carpet cleaning tech to lead tech, then on to sales. In that capacity he developed their version of an ERP (Emergency Readiness Program).

John is an Idaho boy in an Oregon world. He enjoys white water canoeing or any river canoeing for that matter. He loves building his own watercraft. At one time John was a professional photographer.

John writes a monthly industry specific newsletter and strives to help businesses grow by building bonds to promote each other.

Lesley Pelayo

Lesley joined our SERVPRO franchise in 2014 as a production technician. However, she has been with the SERVPRO family since 2001. Lesley quickly grew through ranks here at SERVPRO  from production technician, to administrative assistant, to estimator, and now she is our wonderful Officer Manager!

Lesley enjoys spending time in the outdoors, cheering on the Portland Timbers, playing Futbol, and getting her nails done. Lesley is IICRC certified in water damage restoration as well as fire and smoke restoration.

Lesley is 1-4-8 driven, by bringing dedication, leadership, passion, and positivity to our team.

We are so lucky to have a great office manager as wonderful as Lesley!
