Alan Ahlberg

Al Ahlberg is The Owner of our organization. Prior to purchasing the Hillsboro/Forest Grove, Yamhill and Tillamook Counties Franchises in 2001, Al was a Captain in US Navy.  He even spent a few years as a rodeo clown.  

When they day get shorter here in Oregon Al travels to his home away from home for some much needed sunshine!

With 18 years of SERVPRO experience, Al has worked in numerous positions with the SERVPRO Franchise. If there is a question to be asked, Al will have the answer.

Anthony Noble

Anthony has been with SERVPRO for 10 years and has a total of 15 years in restoration experience.

He has previously been awarded the project manager of the year through our SERVPRO directorship

He is a family man who loves his families sporting events so much, that he is a part of his daughter’s dance team.

Anthony truly enjoys giving back to the community whether that is with his time, cookouts, or volunteering through his community.

Tylor McVey

Tylor has grown through the ranks in the industry.  Just a few years ago he was employed as a technician and then was promoted to Crew Chief and now is a Project Manager.  Tylor is a great advocate for the customers he works with.

Bill Peters

Bill has worked with us here at SERVPRO for nearly 4 years. He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and Advanced Structural Drying.

He once caught a 400-pound pacific blue marlin! Bill has won a national Greco Roman wrestling tournament. He has also been to 9 different countries and 45 states in the U.S.

Bill is our lead technician located off the Northern Coast. He is a hard-working leader with a great attitude and even better customer service

Jim Bria

Jim is one of our water Project Managers. He has been in restoration for nearly 10 years.  is originally from the East Coast. He moved to Portland in 2010. Jim is an avid hiker, mountain climber, and skier. He also enjoys trips to the coast both west coast and east coast.

Jim formerly worked as a Sales Manager at Jon Don’s Supply Distribution. Jon Don’s is a staple business for those in restoration services. After nearly 10 years of working with restoration equipment and sales he decided to change his career path and work directly with a restoration service provider.

Jim is a man of his word. One of the best customer service representatives and managers around. He prides himself on his ability to assist those in times of need, he just loves to help people. Jim is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning through the IICRC.

Lesley Pelayo

Lesley joined our SERVPRO franchise in 2014 as a production technician. However, she has been with the SERVPRO family since 2001. Lesley quickly grew through ranks here at SERVPRO  from production technician, to administrative assistant, to estimator, and now she is our wonderful Officer Manager!

Lesley enjoys spending time in the outdoors, cheering on the Portland Timbers, playing Futbol, and getting her nails done. Lesley is IICRC certified in water damage restoration as well as fire and smoke restoration.

Lesley is 1-4-8 driven, by bringing dedication, leadership, passion, and positivity to our team.

We are so lucky to have a great office manager as wonderful as Lesley!

Erin Carlson

Erin has been with SERVPRO going on 4 years and counting. With years of knowledge of the construction industry, she came with little knowledge of the restoration industry but that hasn’t stopped her growth within our organization.

A few of Erin’s favorite things include exploring the Northwest, finding new restaurants to experience and spending time with her husband working on their home.

Erin is an asset to our organization with her desire to expand her knowledge of the industry, help customers experience the best possible services during a stressful time and her quick problem-solving skills.

Daniela Goodwin

Daniela joined our SERVPRO family in early 2018. She started off as an administrative assistant and quickly gained the knowledge to become one of our estimators. She wears many hats, as an estimator and administrative assistant.

Daniela’s passions including spending time outdoors, which consists of: fishing, hiking, sightseeing, and traveling. Her most prized possession is her two-year-old son. She has been a great addition to our team due to her being bi-lingual!

Daniela has a passion for helping people in times of distress. This has helped create strong relationships with past and present customers. You can almost her smile over the phone as she assists people during difficult times. While she may be new to the industry, she is very eager to learn and to grow through the ranks here at SERVPRO.

Andrew Aust

Andrew started at SERVPRO as one our technicians, he quickly moved up to crew chief, and within the last year he has become one our supervisors. Andrew has been with SERVPRO for a total of three years!

He is very work oriented and loves to work hard in restoring homes as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Andrew is full of ingenuity, whenever we have an issue around the shop, he is the go-to “fix it man”.

You will never see Andrew with a frown!

John Lawrence

John joined the SERVPRO team in the late summer of 2014. Prior to that he was the sales rep for an independent restoration company in Idaho. John had moved up the ranks form a carpet cleaning tech to lead tech, then on to sales. In that capacity he developed their version of an ERP (Emergency Readiness Program).

John is an Idaho boy in an Oregon world. He enjoys white water canoeing or any river canoeing for that matter. He loves building his own watercraft. At one time John was a professional photographer.

John writes a monthly industry specific newsletter and strives to help businesses grow by building bonds to promote each other.

Carol Smith

Carol has been with SERVPRO for a total of 8 years! She is our Sales Marketing Manager

Carol used to fly airplanes, she has seen a bigfoot once or it could have been an ugly moose? She has also helped rehabilitate abandoned horses.

Carol strives to find out what challenges my client faces and how she can help them.

Carla Darrar

While she may be new in the water and fire restoration business, she is not new to networking and sales and marketing. She has been building relationships for 40 years, yes, she started marketing when she was the young age of 16.

Carla is an aspiring painter/artist

She went to college to become A Surgical Technologist

Lise Walton

Lise has been working for SERVPRO Hillsboro/Forest Grove since November 2017.

She received her Horse Master’s degree in England when she was 18 yrs old.

Lise has ridden in a Cross-Country Horse Race alongside Princess Anne at the Royal home near her parents, Sandringham Hall.

She has also sailed with her Dad from the UK to Holland in the Multihull Proa he designed and built.

Lises’ 15+ years as an insurance agent gives her a better understanding of the needs of our clients when they are enduring a loss in their home or business. Being able to assist from both sides is beneficial for our clients and our business.
